Special Session Details
To submit a proposal, complete the form below and email it to our Special Sessions co-chairs at SPECIALSESSIONS@ieee-radarconf.org, before September 22, 2025. A special session will typically include 4-6 papers. It is expected that Special Session Organizers engage with their research community to promote their special session and thus support an appropriate number of quality submissions to ensure sufficient coverage of the Special Session topic at the conference. Prior to submission, make sure you have invited and received confirmation from your speakers. Notification of acceptance is within 2 weeks of the due date, and if accepted, your speakers will be required to submit a paper by the conference deadline - November 3, 2025. All special session paper submissions will be handled by the conference technical co-chairs and will undergo the regular conference review process. Individual paper submissions must be accepted according to the same criteria as regular paper submissions. For special session proposals that are not accepted, authors will still have the option of submitting their work as a regular paper.
