Submissions

Any authors whose paper release approval is held up by the US government shutdown should submit a simple placeholder for now. The conference will work with individual authors to try to get papers uploaded if they are released after the formal submission deadline (17 Nov). The conference will do all that is possible to get late papers under these conditions reviewed, though no promises can be made as the degree of lateness grows.  In the epapers submission, fill in all author info and as much paper info as possible and state “This is a placeholder because the intended paper is held up by the US government shutdown” as the paper Title.  Also, upload a placeholder pdf with paper title, author block(s) and “This is a placeholder because the intended paper is held up by the US government shutdown” to complete the submission.

Authors should submit a placeholder by the posted paper submission deadline AND email the conference TPC  to coordinate late submission.

  • ALL submissions must be made on-line from this web site.
  • Email submissions will NOT be accepted.
  • If you are making multiple submissions, you only need to create one web account. Use the same account (User name & Password) for any additional submissions.
  • If you need to edit any author information or resubmit your paper, it may be done up until the submission deadline.
