Visa Information

General information

A citizen of a foreign country who seeks to travel to the United States generally must first obtain a U.S. visa. Visas are placed in the traveler’s passport, a travel document issued by the traveler’s country of citizenship.

Certain international travelers may be eligible to travel to the United States without a visa if they meet the requirements for visa-free travel. The visa section of this website contains information on U.S. visas for foreign citizens seeking to travel to the United States.

Invitation Letter

Once you complete your conference registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to download both your receipt and your visa invitation letter. Please note that we are unable to provide invitation letters to individuals who have not registered for the conference.

The conference is not able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate on your behalf. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you begin your visa application process as soon as you decide to attend IEEE RadarConf'26.

To avoid delays in receiving your invitation letter, please ensure that all information submitted during registration is accurate and complete. Registration and full payment are required before an invitation letter can be issued.
